Natalie’s success is based on her ability to develop deep and trusted relationships with clients to enable frank discussions about what will and won’t work on a recruitment campaign.
Prior to founding Natalie Walker Executive Search, she was a senior partner with a global executive search firm where she led the firm’s Australian Human Resources Practice with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Her early career in Australia and London spanned retail and merchant banking, structured finance and capital markets before joining a boutique UK executive search firm.
Her personal commitment to social justice has included working with the UK Refugee Council to deliver training classes along with providing mentoring and employment skills training to female domestic violence survivors. She is also a Mentor with the NSW and ACT Chapters of Mentor Walks, an Australian-wide initiative which connects established female leaders with aspiring professional women for mentoring and coaching support.
